INGREDIENTS

Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

  • 1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 lb rhubarb (about 4 stalks), sliced

  • 1/3 Cup Meijer clover honey

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Parfaits

  • 32 oz True Goodness Plain Greek Yogurt

  • True Goodness Organic Coconut & Dark Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash Hands

Wash your hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat Oven and Sauté the Base

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Roast Strawberries & Rhubarb

Place Strawberries and rhubarb on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the fruit is tender.

4. Add lemon juice

Transfer fruit and juices to a bowl and stir in lemon juice. Allow to cool.

5. Serve parfaits and enjoy!
